Having already cosplayed Elizabeth, and the Lutece Twins, it didn't take much to convince Sheila to cosplay Elizabeth's new look for the Bioshock Infinite DLC: Burial at Sea.

This costume was made in one excited day! 
The shirt and skirt were purchased from a thrift store, and altered with black material and white trim. New buttons were added to the cuffs and shirt, and a belt was cut and attached to the skirt. Red ribbon was cut and is velcro-ed onto the collar, along with the handpainted bird brooch from the former Elizabeth costume. The shoes and fishnet stockings were bought.Sheila is wearing DollyEye Blue contacts and the fashionable thimble on the missing pinky was with her own trick.
