Details: Night Vale has intrigued a lot of audiences, including us. While Cecil doesn't have an official image of any kind, Sheila whipped up an original female genderbent design based on her own ideas and some fanart by LittleUlvar.

The clothes are all bought and tailored, but the costume features hand drawn tattoos done on a stocking for easy dressing. Sheila is also wearing blind eye mesh contacts.
