Details: After two amazing seasons -- we HAD to cosplay from Hannibal. 

Hannibal's costume was a focus mostly on makeup. The outfit was entirely store bought. The blood was bought from a Halloween store!

Sheila appears not only as Abigail, but Will Graham too! (Both outfits, also entirely store bought.)
