Details: We began watching Durarara!! together and we were stunned by the deep stories of the characters, the intricate narrative, and the strangely mythical yet modern interpretation of the character designs. While Sylar loved being Shinra, he had wanted to be Izaya first -- villains being his favorite characters.  

Like Shinra, Izaya also dresses realistically. This gave us the benefit of buying pre-made clothes. The shirt, pants, belt, shoes and jacket were all bought. Although, the jacket only had a fur hood. Sheila bought more fur trim to add to the bottom hem and cuffs of the jacket.
