Details: When Sheila & Kissu Cafe's decided to put on a Kuroshitsuji Cafe for Connichiwa 2011, Sheila was assigned to be the cafe waitress; the cafe's very own Maylene. 

This costume was based off a bought maid costume Sheila had. Ruffles and cuffs were added to the costume, and  top half of the base dress was cut and hemmed to a square collar. The bonnet was made from a headband and buttons were added in the appropriate places. 

The glasses were purchased separately, a pair of John Lennon Glasses. Frosted acetate was placed over the lenses to hide Sheila's eyes in accuracy to the anime. 

The wig was completely cut and styled by Sheila.
